Invite a study participant, then send a passwordless email-link invitation. Coded IDs only — no participant names are stored here. Pre-BAA test mode.

Local dev Invitation writes require the admin/rutgers role. On the emulator, sign in as the seeded dev admin so writes pass Firestore rules.

Invited — not started Validating Ready Safety flag / all declined

Invited clients (coded IDs only). Cancelled invitations are hidden from the active roster.
