What you're agreeing to

You'll receive occasional support messages — a text, a call, or an email — only when they may need you. It's low frequency: most people get between 0 and 5 a month.
Messages come from The Fires Within (GUIDO) on their behalf. We never share what they tell GUIDO — you're simply told they need you, not the private details.

Your phone number and email are never sold or shared for marketing.

Being a Guardian means you're a trusted personal supporter — not a doctor, therapist, counselor, or emergency service. GUIDO may let you know when this person could use support; you decide whether and how to respond, and you are not responsible for their choices or outcomes. If you ever believe someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
